"We had a very nice stay at the Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto. All staff that we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. The hotel offered a nice selection of snacks and drinks, and more elaborate meals in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was quite tasty and abundant. The only thing we weren't that thrilled about was the shower. While the shower itself was easy to operate, we were surprised that the floor was quite slippery when the shower was in operation. Also there were no handrails inside the shower, and there was quite a high step into the cubicle itself. Someone elderly could potentially find it quite difficult and a bit unsafe to use the shower. All in all this is a centrally located hotel with lots of things to do close by. We would definitely recommend it to others visiting Toronto. :-)"
