One has to like an old-fashioned place, which we do as we have stayed there many times when passing through Saratoga Springs. The in-house restaurant is very convenient. The breakfast buffet this time was not as good as we have experienced in the past. "

"Amsterdam Castle was a fantastic stay; while the architecture, decor, and interior design kept its historic charm, the rooms had fully modern amenities. The rooms were cozy, yet spacious and comfortable. As a family business, the staff were all very friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The parking area was easy to use. Although we visited in the winter, we can imagine this area will blossom in the summer months. Be sure to visit Exit Coffee and Crepes nearby for amazing crepes!! We will definitely love to come back!! "
