"The room was very clean! The hotel was amazingly beautiful. The hotel staff including the front desk were so nice… the free shuttle service and the drivers were amazing!
The bed on the other hand had one of the hardest pillows I have ever slept on. Like a rock to a garden… We went to the front desk to look for a place to get pizza and it would have been nice if we were directed to have the option of room service ordered or at least a menu in the room. Other than that it was a great overnight stay…"

"Hotel wasn't like the HoltonsbI & my husband are used to. It wasn't very inviting at all. Light covers in hallways were cracked & broken(pics to follow)I e machine wasn't clean... Bathroom had mold. Charged $12.00 for continental breakfast because they didn't have cook. Ridiculous! Linens didn't fit bed. I would rate this a 3 out of 10 & that's cause I'm nice. Not even free coffe in reception area. I will never stay there again & I would like a refund!!!!! "
