II was really looking forward to a fabulous bubble bath so I was very disappointed that the bathroom didn't come with a tub. The bed was great and I had a fantastic sleep.

The Hotel is very neat and tidy. Our room was clean and neat and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had all that we needed for the 2 night stay with our 3 kids. (Age 6, 4 and 1).

Noisiest hotel in Grands Prairie If you can sleep through revving deal engines all night, this hotel is for you. If not, stay at the Delta The rooms are poorly lit and feel like a cave at night.

Very clean and newer facility. Attached restaurant is very good quality, and an excellent bbq smokehouse restaurant within walking distance.

Checked into the room and the TV didn't work, phoned the front desk and they said they would send someone up to fixe it, 30 mins later a dud knocked on the door and asked if the TV was broken, told him that it was and he said "ok, i will come back in the morning and fix it", told him that we would be checking out in the morning and he said he would fix it tomorrow. Would expect when paying over $200 a night for a hotel room you would have a working TV. Hotel was nice and clean.

A really good stay, this hotel is still quite new and the bright open clean design is really refreshing. Solid (very warm) pool with hot tub Bright open lobby with a nice “library” space you can hang out if you’re a group. Restaurant is well priced, good value and the breakfast staff were so warm and welcoming. Front desk went out of their way to find ways to improve my stay, great room too - I had a forest view!

I have been double charged for room and told staff at front desk and he was very rude. Didn't get fresh towels or our rooms cleaned for 2 days - had to request them. Very disappointed

The room that we stayed in had scratches in the wood of the cabinets. Room was quiet, black out blinds were great. Staff excellent and lobby was pleasant. Didn’t use the pool or exercise room
