Place is perfect for everything. Price friendly and accessible for malls, restaurant. Staff was excellent in customer service. Very approachable, friendly, respectful, courteous and enthusiastic.

Hotel is run down, had the maintenance guys in my room installing cable for the TV. Won't stay here again. Staff were very nice, but it doesn't make up for apperance and lack of missing room items

Clean quiet I am always travelling with my upper/med sized dog not optional and they even had a goodie pack for him I can’t say I see any more Grande Prairie in my future but this will be our (Stanley🐕and my) first choice

The hotel is clean, large TV, newer furniture. The area that the hotel is located seems a bit sketchy. Did not entirely feel safe leaving car parked outside. Just something to be aware of if you are booking here. Otherwise the hotel is decently renovated, and good enough for the price.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Pamela was excellent. She went out of her way to make sure our breakfast experience was satisfactory. She noticed I was having trouble with toaster not working. Replaced it immediately. Her people skills were above other staff. Dlid a followup on message after checkout as to our satisfaction. I am a business man and she is capble to be a Manager with these skills. Room tv channel is a bad. No local tv or sports channels. this could be a downer in future.

Surprised and will stay again
Taya the receptionist was just exceptional! She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and our dog even got a treat bag. This place used to be a real dump but now there is new rugs, furniture, paint etc and the area is clean and respectful. Two things that could be addressed are the ice on the parking lot by the building was very slippery to walk on and maybe a note on the doors to the stairs to remind people to walk softly. Far better than Motel 6 for pets.

Rooms are recently renovated. Clean and spacious. There’s a community kitchen available to make meals in if you’re staying for work as well as breakfast in the mornings !
