Would have been nice if we didnt get woke up 2 nights to construction going on till 1 a.m. Would have been a wonderful place not for that and didnt do anything to make ut right

They said I had ordered 3 rooms and my receipt showed I had ordered 2. They did take care of it but were not very pleasant about it. It was their mistake. Also they would not let us split the bill, it all had to go on one credit card. The rooms were fine but service was lacking.
Property is under construction it says. The room smelled which I do believe was the refrigerator because when I opened that door it was not good. There was glitter on the floor and some star sticker in the shower yet. I guess that’s why the cheap rate.

The Batmont was not well cared for. The grass and weeds werebovergrown and yhe pavement in poor condition. The lock to the pool didn't work because they are being taken over by the Hilton in October. The breakfast bat was poor. Yhe juice machine was out of order and there was no juice available. I was disappointed in our stay at the Baymont.

Cleanliness was okay. Not hot tub, and you’re lucky if you get a slice of bread to make toast in the morning. No coffee or juice, the only thing to drink for the “breakfast” was a half used gallon of milk.. very displeased with the guest satisfaction here. Spend the few extra dollars to book a better room!
Very noisy and hardly anything available at Breakfast at 8am. Staff is hardly at the desk. And the manager is really young and not correctly thinking thru decisions. There needs to be quiet hours where housekeepers do not knock on doors of third shift workers. Eben though yes i have a do not disturb sign up they are still banging on my door and up and down the hall's. If you want breakfast you have to get there before they put it out at 7am because people take everything and they do not replenish the supplies. New upgrades to rooms are a little helpful. Overall not worth the money based off of multiple nights staying. Booked through Expedia and also booked through the hotel directly. Beware.

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and kind. Room was very nice. Breakfast very limited, but they are going through renovation and that may cause them to be limited to what they can prepare right now. Can’t complain…the price through Expedia was amazing for a suite

Its clean, but dated. Beds are old. For the price and if only staying a night or two its not bad. However if the power goes out they dont have a generator so its pitch black.
