"Room was clean and very nicely appointed. I missed the instructions for access as my phone wasn’t receiving messages and didn’t realize it was a keypad entry which I needed a code. Luckily the coffee shop attached to the property had a nice fellow who gave us access to the key box and gave us the exterior code. "We had an amazing stay, our room with the terrace was gorgeous, so light and fresh. We really enjoyed use of the hot tub. A great breakfast each morning with fresh and yummy ingredients. Parking a real bonus - very secure and large enough for our van. The location was perfect, very central to all the main sights. Would definitely recommend and stay here again"

"Nice hotel in the heart of Chartrons, wonderful staff (that was very proficient in English) & close to everything in Bordeaux. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & wouldn’t hesitate to come back. "Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux."
