"The hotel was very, clean, quiet, comfortable bed and I didn’t have to get back in much traffic to get to the Grand Ole Opry. This is a very resonable priced hotel close to Opry Mills Mall. You can go to Dave and Buster’s, The Aquarium Restaurant and many other restaurants, besides shopping."

"Pleasantly surprised at this price point. The shower had great water pressure and the shampoo was great in my hair. The beds were very comfortable and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was basic but you would expect that for this price. Everything was clean."

" Clean and the bed was so comfortable, i was pleasantly surprised. The windows were easy to see out but mirrored on the outside so know one could see in which was great because every door opened to the outside "

"The property is large and beautifully landscaped inside and out. the rooms are pricey and so are the restaurants but there are good options within a mile of the resort. Unlike Disney World, I saw very few trash cans but no trash. Rooms with a balcony facing the garden conservatory are the best."

"Our stay at the Gallatin exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The complimentary coffee, water, and sparkling water in the lobby were a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was exceptionally clean. We weren't sure what to expect in the surrounding area but it was quite walkable with plenty of excellent bar and restaurant options. We will definitely be back!"

"I love the fact that this hotel helps the homeless. It is a very unique hotel. Very pretty. Our third floor sky light room was cute, a little tight but still very nice. Wish I would have known there was no elevator and that we were on the third floor, I would have requested a ground or second floor room. It was nice, however, that they do have an elevator for your luggage. That helped! Also the complimentary champagne and snacks and water were a very nice touch! "

"Updated contemporary and very clean, well taken care of property. Easy to get to the airport within just a few minutes. This was rated as Exceptional on Cheap Tickets and I completely agree. Plains fly directly over the property which I thought was very cool to watch right out of our window."
