"The guy at check in was nice. He said the room would be ready a little early but it wasn’t. Not a big deal. The rooms are normally pretty clean but this time I found dog food and crumbs on the floor and there were stains on the bed linens. The mirrors were not clean either. I noticed they were training new cleaning staff so maybe they forgot a few things. I’ll give them another chance because this place is ideal for my trips to Fruita. "My wife and I got to hotel around dinner time, so we checked in then went to find somewhere to eat. When we got back to the room, we just went to the room and relaxed. We did not use the pool, so I can't rate it. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good."

"Room Was Clean. But, didn’t have any USB Connections for a cell phone cable. Breakfast looked good, but, when the food gets low or goes out, it takes awhile to get refilled. It’s ok for what you pay for it."

"Ideal location as it’s12 minutes from the airport. While the motel is situated on a busy road surrounded by strip malls and fast food, it’s peaceful and pleasant inside. Has a lovely little courtyard with trees, landscaping, and a few tables and chairs. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, and a tiny fitness room. Staff were fine at check in and check out. Love the free breakfast, but coffee could be better. "
