"I loved the place! Was very clean the room , even the cover of the bed was smelling nice and clean.. the house was big and the environment very friendly! It doesn’t accommodate many people since there is only few rooms available.. so that is an extra bonus for someone who like quiet and peace! "The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!"

"Charming, roadside motel property. Owners are lovely. Only issue was there was too much furniture in the room and the large table had a loose table leg. We were afaid to use for fear it would collapse. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. "

"The room was clean and the staff were very nice. A few little things like the room not being ready until quite a bit after check-in time started and only having two sets of towels when four of us were staying in the room. My major complaint is room design: the door to the bathroom is a sliding door that has gaps and zero sound-proofing. Additionally, the walls are rather thin. The toilets flush VERY loud. "Beautiful hotel, really nice room with comfy beds and a good clean bathroom. My only complaint would be that room service didn’t come for two days, we had to call to get them to give us clean towels. Also, they need more people at the front desk. All in all, though, I have no complaints :)"
