"Although it was an apartment, there were no kitchen supplies… no dishes, no cooking equipment, no flatware. Struggled to get a bottle of wine opened."

"The room was clean and had a very nice layout. The pool and pool area were clean and well-kept. The hotel had a convenient location. I visited the spa for a just massage and the massage was very overpriced. Be aware that draping (i.e., covering areas of the body not being massaged with a towel/sheet) is not a done at this spa which makes for a chilly experience. I would stay at this hotel again but I would skip the massage."

"Everything was excellent overall, the breakfast, location, cleanliness, and beautiful room were all great. The only issue was at the spa lounge area, where a noisy group of staff disrupted the relaxing atmosphere despite the spa manager (a man) politely asking them to be quiet. Because of the noise, we had to leave and return to our room. Other than that, the experience was wonderful."

"Rooms were very small, hardly any space left to move around. The number of towels in the bathroom were inadequate, we had to ask for more. Bathroom supplies were inadequate and poor quality. We requested an early check in by sending them email twice. Didn’t get any response back and also we had to wait in the lobby for more than 4 hours."

"Male reception staff was not welcoming at all. No welcoming words, little response to questions. He seemed uninterested in helping anyone. You had to ask him questions several times to get a response. Plus, he was dressed in a Tshirt. We were not even sure he was part of the hotel. On our last day, the hotel’s water supply just stopped. Luckily, shower was done. When I reported it at the front desk, they didn’t even know that the whole hotel did not have any water. If not for the male...
