Hotel murah di Grand Casablanca

"New, modern hotel. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Be also had dinner which was ok, but not great. No alcoholic beverages in the restaurant. I warmly recommend the hotel but the restaurant kitchen has room for improvement. "

"The room was clean and had a very nice layout. The pool and pool area were clean and well-kept. The hotel had a convenient location. I visited the spa for a just massage and the massage was very overpriced. Be aware that draping (i.e., covering areas of the body not being massaged with a towel/sheet) is not a done at this spa which makes for a chilly experience. I would stay at this hotel again but I would skip the massage."

"Rooms were very small, hardly any space left to move around. The number of towels in the bathroom were inadequate, we had to ask for more. Bathroom supplies were inadequate and poor quality. We requested an early check in by sending them email twice. Didn’t get any response back and also we had to wait in the lobby for more than 4 hours."

"Male reception staff was not welcoming at all. No welcoming words, little response to questions. He seemed uninterested in helping anyone. You had to ask him questions several times to get a response. Plus, he was dressed in a Tshirt. We were not even sure he was part of the hotel. On our last day, the hotel’s water supply just stopped. Luckily, shower was done. When I reported it at the front desk, they didn’t even know that the whole hotel did not have any water. If not for the male...

"Everything was good and clean with the room and check in process. Restaurant manager on the rooftop was rude and dismissive, that’s the only downside."

"Finding the entrance was awkward initially. There were at least 2 other doors between the street and the Hotel entrance that also had signage reading “Le Yacht”. The units kitchenette was ill equipped, with nothing to actually clean the few dishes that were provided. As well, the lock on the sliding balcony door was broken and did not work. All that aside, the location was fabulous. There were a number of dining options within an easy walk, and the waterfront walk across the street was amazing....
