Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Sheets and bathroom were spotless and clean. Staff was very helpful and always available. Air conditioning provided and worked immaculately. Parking was easily accessible and lots available. Within great walking distance of gas station, Dollar General and a great bbq place down the street. Love that it’s pet friendly, no noise complaints.
I have stayed at the motel 3 times as it is very - near Route 40. It is also close to a Safeway and good place for breakfast- Pine Country Restaurant. The rooms are clean. The Check in desk is 24 hours. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet.

Liked: Staff & service
The staff was very nice and friendly. We were able to have our dog which made it nice. This hotel definitely needs to be updated and pool was closed which sucked since this was part of the reason we booked here. No refrigerator or microwave at this place. Needing a quick night stay it was nice.
Pool not working condition,, no refrigerator no microwave ,basically clean. bare bones basic. Location is nice quite safe.. really stingy on the towels, two little chips of soap no shampoo or lotion or toiletries. Bed was hard, but not bad. TV was probably a 19 inch. If you’re looking for cheap one night, it’s perfect.
Front desk woman who checked me in was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Staff is great, room was clean and great location walking distance to Safeway grocery store and everything in Williams. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Pros:
My room was spotless, as was the lobby
The AC was fine.
The shower had great water pressure.
The bed was okay, nothing spectacular.
The ice machine worked well and was convenient.
Nice location if you want to stroll into the downtown, boutique zone
Safeway supermarket nextdoor
Cons:
Like at all Motel 6 accommodations, the soap was not nice and there is no shampoo. (Easy enough to bring your own.)
No room fridge or microwave
The pool was closed, which is apparently standard at that property. I wouldn’t expect otherwise.
I particularly want to commend the property manager for actually having the room floors mopped. The removal of old, nasty carpets led to flooding that is easier to clean but rarely is. Our room floor was actually clean.
I would definitely stay here again.
Room was big, nice and clean. Staffs were welcoming and courteous. Location was good. The only problem we faced was the noise coming from the upper floor room.

Room was OK. Accommodated our dog. Great town to visit near Grand Canyon.
We stay here every year over the Thanksgiving weekend to get the holidays started. The room is spacious, clean and cozy for us, every single time. It’s conveniently located near Safeway and Family Dollar for any needs you may have. It’s also located right where the Christmas parade starts
