"This property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view it’s all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasn’t offered. "

The staff were in the main really nice and friendly but often quite slow/disorganised. "This hotel is lovely, a little tired on the decoration, but over all lovely. The staff just cant do enough for you, and as its a small hotel ihe staff really get to know you and becomes a very personal service. There isnt a beach in the hotel, but access to the sea via steps off a pontoon. Beautiful setting though, and yiu have the pool option from your sun longer too. Just a 5 minute walk is the public beach where there are water sports. The hotel dies have a gym, but very small and tired...

"This was my second visit and it was just as enjoyable. It was a bit quieter than the last time as it was low season."

"Great location, spacious apartment, lovely terrace by the sea, kitchen was adequately equipped but a sponge and washing up liquid would help. The bed was a bit hard. Internet was not working on the first day but they fixed the router the following day."

"Property was as per expected / reviews etc were quite accurate - it is probably the lowest cost to stay in Grand Baie - got to say Monday the cleaner made an exceptional effort to make it as clean as possible. Property needs investment but it is good for my purpose - only issue that cant be helped is the echo from guests being amplified. Wifi - not really useful unless in reception."
