"NO BELLMAN to help w bags to room, (that we had no clue where was since room numbers are not in sequential order, all we were told by concierge was “down there next building” basically “figure it out”; COCKROACHES in room; housekeeping went 2 of 5days(2nd day; then 3rd day at the end of day after we called needing room service and clean towels; floors were never mopped or broomed during our stay; One bartender for pool, restaurant, beach; the one that leaves around 2-3pm, couldn't make a margarita and a piña colada at 1pm, (told us to wait for the next shift); Since no bellman, we saw the LIFE GUARD leaving his duty with people in water, to go help a client with a suitcase to lobby???? So anything is allowed to happen during that time! Internet is useless; sofa bed mattress MOLD. Furnitures old and dusty, windows in rooms dusty, ants all over the place. "

"Fourth time at this property. They are clearly investing money as we saw a lot of improvements, like new bedding, paint jobs, and other clean-up projects. There are tons of things to do. The drinks are fun, plentiful, and as strong as you like. The food is so-so, but it’s about average for an all-inclusive resort. With any luck, we’ll be back next year "

"All about location! Front desk was accommodating with room request at checkin. Room is basic and spacious especially for 1. Had a half frig, microwave and coffee pot. Access to Taino Beach Resort and water taxi to Port Lucaya also pluses."
