"Hotel staff and cleaners were very friendly. Hotel was very clean apart from cat poo smell by the lifts which is not their fault as they look after the stray cats there. Hotel room was so lovely with balcony with green grass and facing the pool, I felt very lucky to have the room although I paid for the cheapest with Expedia Vitality discount. "We came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didn’t put them. It’s wasn’t true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490€ extra.
