Pousada bem localizado , atendimento muito bom e chuveiro quente. Mas deixou a desejar no tamanho do quarto , pq pra 3 pessoas não teve nem como acomodar as malas e café da manhã com alguns alimentos não frescos.

Instalações precárias.

Pelo preço cobrado, as instalações deixaram muito a desejar. No banheiro, a janela tinha uma parte aberta que tornava gélido o ambiente. Não havia água quente na pia do banheiro. Não fornecem shampoo, apenas pequenos sabonetes. O quarto era gelado, não havia ar condicionado nem qualquer tipo de aquecedor. A cama era horrível, rangia o tempo todo e era muito desconfortável. Em resumo, instalações de quinta categoria cobrando mais de 300 reais por diária. Posso imaginar o sofrimento dos hóspedes no inverno em Gramado, onde chega a nevar. O café da manhã até era razoável e o atendimento muito simpático, mas apenas simpatia não adianta quando as instalações são péssimas.

Pelo custo/benefício a estadia foi boa, embora não tenha estacionamento, porém tem um mercado em frente onde pode deixar o carro no estacionamento sem custo.

Muito bom custo-benefício.

Fui atendida muito bem. Não há estacionamento, mas o preço da diária é inferir à média das outras pousadas. O único problema foi barulho por movimentação de pessoas, que começou às 6,30 no domingo.
