Muito satisfatória a estadia no Stillo Gramado Exclusive, o atendimento é sempre muito gentil, ambientes limpos e cheirosos. O único ponto negativo foi a televisão do quarto que tinha uma qualidade ruim na imagem e uma luz muito forte embaixo dela quando desligada, o que atrapalhava para dormir. Uma sugestão também é colocar placas nos alimentos do café da manhã, para ficar mais fácil identificar.

Bom custo benefício! Ótimo café da manhã! Hotel novo e tudo bem limpo! Porém tínhamos um problema de vazamento de água do banheiro para o quarto, toda vez que tomávamos banho!

Pontos positivos: - Boa localização, a poucos minutos de caminhada das principais lojas do centro - Cama confortável - Bom café da manhã. Sem tanta variedade, mas com qualidade. - Atendimento muito simpático e prestativo - Garagem com bom espaço para manobrar. Pontos negativos: - Limpeza deixa a desejar. Encontramos cabelos no banheiro, mofo no quarto e poeira em duas xícaras que estavam no quarto. - O quarto não isola bem o barulho do quarto ao lado. - Ar condicionado demora a esquentar. Me hospedei em um dia que estava perto de 0° e passamos frio à noite, pois os cobertores não são grossos o suficiente.
