"Pull out sofa was broken. Rollaway bed was super uncomfortable. Towels had seen better days. One small, slow elevator. Staff- super sweet. If you are desperate, stay there. If not, look elsewhere."

"Uncomfortable room. There was only one chair in the room. The curtains were torn. Towels were very thin. Bottles of shampoo and condition were only ok. Breakfast buffet was maybe a 2. They served extremely greasy sausage for the 2 days we were there. They had the cheapest muffins they could buy. The carpet looked like it could use a good cleaning."

"Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham."

"It was very clean and beautiful and quiet. No other guests when we stayed. The bar tender was very kind and sweet. The only real dock on rating for us is that the food was hit or miss for the price and there were two locals in the bar at dinner that were super annoying and made our dinner experience very uncomfortable. "Ok so I just got home from my trip to Graham. It was my boyfriend and I and here is my list of the pros and cons of this place.Cons:There was only a bigger fridge than most hotels and a microwave but no coffee maker or iron. Upon entering,we were over taken by the smell of rank cigarette smell. The floors were wet so we assumed they had just mopped. Turning on the ac, they started to dry. 20 mins later, the floors were wet again. We wiped it with a towel and the white towel became black. Very...

"While I understand this was a cheap motel, there were a few things I couldn’t get past. The exterior was horrible with tripping hazards that look to have been there for some time. The “residents”. The room looked like they had updated it but left unfinished. Missing trim. Dirty caulking. Patches on the walls. Door not closing all the way (but secure) and the bugs."

"The tub was filthy and didn’t shower there! The bathroom had no toilet paper, had to go to office to get some. The floors had not been cleaned. Seen 3 roaches while I was there. Never again will I stay there! "

"This property is in the process of owner transition to La Quinta. It was lacking in furnishings as shown on the website, no amenities at all except shampoo, the room was clean enough but not up to our standards. The only reason we chose to stay here was because our original hotel had a maintenance disaster the day before we were to arrive and we were forced to find what was available in Mineral Wells. I hope the new owner upgrades this property since I won't stay there again."

"This location and house are so excellent that it makes the trip. This place is so luxurious that this may as well be the object of our trip. It runs right next to the river, and enables a family to play, relax and explore for hours. We also enjoyed the games, the amenities and the location itself. It is a minor distance away from neighbors and the town, just far enough away for privacy and a feeling of exclusivity. We were so blessed to rent this place, as it was also an excellent Midway point...
