"This property was very small, quiet, and well kept Our 1 bedroom was very nice and spacoius. Most of the staff were very friendly with the exception of a few. The front desk was helpful with whatever we needed. The breakfast was good and the cheesy grits were excellent. The beach was clean and a lounge chair was always avaliable. The only downside is that the property is further away from the downtown area,"

"Our stay was pretty much perfect. The staff was always friendly which is rare to find these days. The beach chairs are cushioned and comfortable, plenty of umbrellas, easy to find a spot. The room was clean and spacious. Food was great! Service was always fast except for our last day for lunch at The Deck restaurant. Waited an extremely long time for our food and it didn't seem super busy. Location of hotel was great as you could easily walk into town. Will definitely return! Jay the Filipino...

"Excellent location. Very close to the beach 5 minutes walk. observations: 1. No elevator. Problem for the ones that bring more than a carry-on 2. need instructions to use the TV, specially if there are 2 remotes. 3. Need A little bit more attention when maintaining the room. The shower was missing a light and refill of shampoo and conditioner Staff is very nice and friendly "

"Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! "

Property not taking all major credit cards like Discover and not knowing this upfront could be an issue .... need to make this public knowledge... "Rocky and his wife were awesome from the very moment my daughters and I arrived. He was helpful in guiding us to great food places and local things to do with kids. I would stay here every time even if it’s 10-15 away from all the beaches due to the peace and love he and his family shared. To those booming this property in the future please rent a car but otherwise your in great hands "
