Started a chat told we hadn’t fully paid - go into the app and pay - tried but this didn’t exist on my app - Zoe - digital assistant finally got me our door code - and asked me to ensure I paid the environment tax of €4. "For some reason every shower we have been in Gozo has leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet paper here is cheap and very scratchy. The reception is not 24 hours. Oh parking is a total nightmare. We were there five days and only once did we manage to park close to the hotel and that was luckily on the last day. The rest of the time it was a five to ten minute walk. To the nearest car park"
