"The pictures of the hotel isn’t the same once you arrive at the hotel our floor smelled like a bunch of cats our room door wasn’t locking properly & was lots of complaints from other visitors about this particular hotel"

"Communication at desk could have been better. We reserved a shuttle for 5:00am. Got to the lobby at 4:59am and shuttle to the airport left already. Very disappointed. That was the reason we booked at the hotel. Ended up taking an Uber. "

"Someone knocked on my door at 9 AM to confirm my checkout time, robbing me of invaluable sleep. My room alarm also went off at 6 AM, robbing me again of invaluable sleep. But the lobby of the hotel is lovely and the rooms are really nice."

"Good stay. Friendly staff. My room key got disconnected and I had to have it recalibrated 4 times in 2 nights which was a bit annoying but other than that all nice. "

"I help my friend out because he was working in the area! As I went to check him in .. I had to actually climb over people sitting on the floor. Forget about a lobby. I felt like I was walking into a trailer. Actually it was.. as i go to the window. I thought i was in the subway paying for a train ride . One person behind the window. As I walk my friend to the room... Geez It looked like all little trailers with a room number ! Nothing to see just a place for cheaters and drug addicts! DON'T GO THERE! "

"The overall stay was good. The only upsetting thing about our stay is that we were assigned room 104. It was the worst sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was constantly using a door right across the hall. Not sure if it was some sort of storage room or what but the door was opening and closing all throughout the night and it was loud!! The staff were just doing their jobs so no fingers pointed at them. It’s also located next to the gym so we had the noise from that as well in the early hours of the morning. That particular room is in a very unfortunate location. "
