"This location is not the greatest… it is decently far from the nearest train station and uber drivers often got confused where to pick up and drop off. The barn door on the bathroom was falling off the hinges. Shower was incredible and the soaps smelled amazing. Funny smell in the room that lingered. The lack of amenities was what we were most surprised about.. for the money, this did not feel like a luxury hotel as advertised. It is quite dated and therefore, misleading. Walls are also paper...

"The hotel is clean, spacious, and conveniently located near Faneuil Hall. We stayed here mainly because of the location, as my son was attending an accepted candidates event hosted by United States Military Academy.
The breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was the parking situation — valet parking is required, and retrieving your vehicle can take about 30 minutes, especially during busy check-in and checkout times. There is a nearby public...

"This place was great! Views were great, vibes were great. The only thing that wasn’t great was the parking, they don’t have their own parking so you have to park in a nearby garage or street and it gets pretty pricey. We paid $75 for overnight parking next door at TD Garden (one of their recommended). Other than that no complaints! Walking distance to most everything."

"The room was generally clean, but the amenities were terrible. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. There were reusable fillable containers that were empty.. We had no toilet paper. I had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels and we just made do with the one bar of soap we were given. The bed was fine. There is a refrigerator. The breakfast was awful. The coffee maker wasn’t working and then by the time they got it working it was basically Sanka/some powdered coffee mix. "

"It was fine but the price was truly terrible for a1night stay ($700 for king bed). I was upgraded to penthouse because of my Bonvoy membership, where the view of Boston harbor was amazing, but the room was the same gray room as what I would have gotten on a lower floor.
This may be standard for Boston during college graduation season. I do not know if the rest of my party had similar thoughts. It was shocking to me though."
