"The hotel is difficult to find in the airport. We have been rejected by a staff completely helpless. They required us document fo dad with minor daughter, we gave them by WhatsApp but continued to request more. I did decide to leave this hotel and we went to our next hotel that welcome us without any questions . hotel to avoid absolutely, the worst welcome to Brazil! Totally unacceptable, unprofessional. I was totally upset by their helpless attitude . Lost a paid room"
