"Overall the stay was great. There was one inconvenience that kept me from giving a 5 star rating. The pool was well maintained, the breakfast was good, and the room was spacious and nice. I had called the night before and the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and they allowed me to check in early which worked perfect with my schedule. The only issue I had was the day of checkout, my key cards stopped working. We had our hands full of breakfast taking it back to the room, with 2 kids so not being able to get into the room with our hands full was frustrating. They weren’t able to remotely activate it so we had to walk all the way back to the front desk to get the keycards working. It seems like a very avoidable issue but besides that we enjoyed our stay."
