Regarding the concerns you've raised, our housekeeping management has assured us that the room was thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your stay.We'd like to provide context regarding the situation with the dog. The pet was left unattended, barking continuously for 3 hours, which led us to request the guest to return and attend to her pet. This action was prompted by the disturbance caused by the untrained dog and the violation of our policy against leaving service dogs alone on the property. Additionally, the guest mentioned that the dog hadn't been taken outside and was using pee pads, raising sanitation concerns.To address these issues, we involved the police, and an agreement was reached for the guest to leave the inn with her dog. In consideration of her remaining two nights, a refund was provided to facilitate her finding alternative lodging tonight.
