We have pictures and videos of our check-in and Expedia and owner refuse refund or credit! Inmense amount of mold in washing machine and smelled terrible! Dirty dishes left in the dish washer. "Die Anlage war nur mit einem Zugangscode betretbar. Das Appartement war sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Da es schon Nachsaison war, sinď wir fast alleine im Haus und am Strand gewesen!!!!! Deshalb war es auch sehr ruhig!"

Die Anmeldung ging unkompliziert und einfach im Büro in der Einkaufsmeile. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent haben wir unser Ferienappartement beziehen dürfen. "The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. "
