"The best hotel for kids. The pool and the indoor playground are so nice to have. Both my baby and big kid had so much fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. While there was no free breakfast it was very reasonably priced. The room was quite small. We had a standard room with two queen beds but the room itself felt very cramped. We would get a bigger room next time with the 4 of us."

"The suite was nice for the price we got. The bed was comfortable and the staff were good. The only complaint was the pool had such a strong smell of chlorine, that my husband and I didn't want to use the pool or hot tub."

"Breakfast is good in terms of service and selection. Location is great close to the airport. Room is rather the old style in terms of bathroom and furniture. "

"Parking was $20 and was in the parkade behind the hotel, which was safe and secure and had a tunnel from the parkade to the hotel, which was nice!"

"Pool is good but i think it’ll be more better if there’s a small slide for kids (small ones 4-7yrs old). The existing slide is extreme for small kids. It’s good tho."

"Stayed in room 101 10/10 would not recommend, on a weekend anyways, the bass from the bar rattled the windows until 2am and the door to the hallway was opened and closed loudly all night. My phone on full sound and the air conditioner on full blast did not drown out the noise"

"we were initially put into their worst room im sure. it had torn curtains, dirty floors, workmen tools in the bathroom and wood dust even on the toilet seat, dusty shoe prints on the seat bench, peeled desk-chair, dried spill marks on furniture, gum on sofa... it was unbelievable! i was so upset. My husband spoke with them and they instantly apologized and gave us a very clean room with none of the problems. i felt very disrespected and profiled (I am African-Canadian). "

"Room was exceptionally clean but needed renovations only thing that seemed to not be worn out was the floor. I think we might not have been given one of the recently renovated rooms. The Bar was excellent, great service and very comfortable."
