"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "

"Perfect spot for a trip around Cappadocia, it will be better if one has a car to get around but if you don't it might be a little difficult. The place and staff are great!!"

"Our check in started a bit rocky due to some housekeeping issues and not receiving the same room we had booked online, but after discussing with staff, they went above and beyond to make up for it. This hotel is quite amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant and spa were good. You can be as busy as you want to be with all the excursions offered, or as relaxed as you want to be here right at the hotel, we had a mix of both and it was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel and if you can get the Presidential Suite, it is the coolest room we have stayed in for quite some time."

"Great, spacious room. Within walking distance from the heart of the town, and even to the Göreme Open Air Museum. The hotel has one of the highest terraces in the city, where we watch beautiful sunrises, while enjoying some food and cocktails. The personnel were very cordial and helpful. Ask them for anything and they’ll solve it for you."

"Staying at this hotel was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our cave suite was stunning: spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. Waking up to a view of hot air balloons rising over the valleys was absolutely magical. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, with local specialties and freshly baked goods enjoyed on a terrace with panoramic views."
