"Where do I begin? I took my wife here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking views overlooking Lake Lugano made every moment of our stay feel special. We truly loved every second of it. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality felt genuine and heartfelt rather than forced. Even team members who didn’t speak English well made a sincere effort to answer our questions and ensure we felt welcome. A special shout-out goes to the restaurant manager, Firas. He is a genuinely warm and hospitable person who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. I’d also like to thank the wonderful lady (did not grab her name, afternoon shift) at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to recharge, relax, and immerse themselves in beautiful natural"

"What’s beautiful Hotel, located just across the road from a private area to access the lake. A few nice restaurants close by and around a 15 minute walk to the town with lots of fabulous shops. Pool area is great also with a hydro pool and sauna. We had a garden room in the new part of the hotel which was very light and airy with a patio food out to a small patio with chairs. The beds had the crispest white linen and it was all immaculate. We drove and it was easy to access and drop off the luggage then concierge parked the car. Highly recommend thanks for having us."

"Fantastic breakfast! Best ever! You don’t even have to fill your own croissant! There’s everything you could ask for. Wow the cakes! Loved the location: near the station that goes everywhere, bus stops very close and the boat station too and even closer is the funicular station which is an absolute must do! We could see it from our balcony. We came back after a day of sightseeing, very hot and rushed up to the pool which we had to ourselves, nice bar up there too. Room is very comfortable and the coffee machine works well. We loved the friendly restaurant around the corner Panariellos, big pizza to share too."
