Room had a fridge and microwave but spotty internet and hot water with poor water pressure. Only 1 cup and 1 bar of soap for amenities. Not sure if there were other guests as it seemed most everyone there lived in the rooms, including the strong smell of pot in the morning. Place seemed safe enough though. The first time, the new owners had just bought it and explained that they were trying to fix it up from the old owners and apologized for the condition (cleanliness, tv’s not working, etc).
