"Clean room. small item in room needed attention. Staff took my comment seriously and passed onto maintenance. I doubt cleaning staff would have noticed; not on their check list. The staff at other places Ive stayed at acted as if I was just griping about something, when in fact the issue I was pointing out was something i would have taken seriously if it had been in my own home."

"The staff at this hotel were excellent! The front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful, even when we asked for the foosball equipment twice in 1 hour. We requested more towels to our room and they were delivered in less than 15 minutes, wow! The pool was perfect for my grandkids, shallow end for the little and deeper pool for the older more adventurous one. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Even though it was really busy, they kept everything well stocked and available. We would stay here again."

Unfortunately, the room I was assigned had a constant loud humming noise that seemed to be coming from either the air conditioner or a ceiling vent. It made it difficult to relax and sleep, so I didn’t get the restful night I was hoping for. I let the front desk know, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating.
