"You can hear every bang and movement of the adjoining rooms. The people next to us slammed and banged until 11pm. We had driven 16 hours that day and barely slept. Usually we like to stay in this set of hotels, but not this location."

If your kidos try and play with a nerf football your family can enjoy the hotel manager calling the cops for a special night of play! So if you want a great place to stay with these wonderful amenities, loud sirens and fantastic staff this is your place. But do keep an eye on things as the area is as great as the Bates Motel."

"The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The space was nice, but a more comfortable chair or sofa would have been preferable, especially if I had planned on spending more than one night. The automated room check in, while unexpected, worked ok. However, the key that was issued did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to have a new one issued by the clerk. "We only stay for like three hours because the lock on the door was not working and maintenance guy couldn’t fix it until the next day, so we asked for our refund, she said will be no problem, hopefully we’ll get our money back. I cannot stay in a place that I don’t feel secure"

"I guess it was ok for a truck stop (which we didn't realize before we got there). Floor had duct tape covering one area and another area needed it because it was a tripping hazard. All the counters were chipped. Only outlet in the room next to the counter didn't work. Mirror was deteriorating around the edges. No wash clothes and only a bar of soap for toiletries. No rod to hang clothes. Bed was clean and comfortable. Coffee and hot chocolate machines were free in the store. Room smelled...

"The staff was so nice and helpful. When we left things behind, they called us to let us know. The rooms were clean. The dining area was useful with an easy grab / go breakfast. We would stay here again."

"I was unaware that there was no microwave or any other way to heat or cook food in room. No freezer either. TV kept beffering nonstop on the movie channels. Key kept not working and had to scan 3 times. Overall staff was ok."
