"Property was alright enough, but right beside the US 41 so we heard cars on the highway all night long. Room was on top of the restaurant so it was very loud. Restaurant's food was very good, but the service was terrible. Tried to go back for breakfast and were ignored once again so we actually walked out. Drinks from the bar were awful & warm, took forever to receive them. Not sure where all the pics of fancy drinks w ducks is from, our drinks were nothing like that. "

"Everything was amazing! The resort is beautiful, staff are super helpful and caring.
Our rooms were amazing; we were sad our vacation had to end. We will definitely stay there the next time we go to Naples."

"The hotel was nice ,
The room was clean and as expected
However our experience was not so nice
The main issue was the website stated the pool was scheduled to be opened by 4/20
We arrived on 4/25 the pool was not under repair but not opened
Second the staff although nice was unable to provide any assistance with respects
To questions regarding late check out
They handed us a business card and said call the management.
With an hotel barely occupied they knocked on our door at 11:10 to ensure we were leaving.
No offer to even hold our luggage till we were ready to depart hotel.
The fact that the pool was still closed they should
have offered a choice to stay or not
I have stayed in other hotels that were under construction and provided that option.

"The place is beautiful, but I am not happy with the cleanliness of the room. I actually had to go out and buy floor cleaner because the floor was very dirty—as was the bathroom. It is obvious that they don't use bleach and only do a half-hearted job of sweeping; bleach kills bacteria and mold. The table was covered in dust. I am dissatisfied with the room; considering the price they charge, I think the housekeeping staff should pay more attention—I don't believe they actually inspect the rooms to verify their cleanliness. I take some pictures how was condition the room"
