"The staff was good. We had trouble with the tv, but staff member came in to fix the issue. I did pre-check in, and had to redo check in again at the front desk. "

Noticed there were two charges and figured one was a deposit. Bope, they double charged me. Called them on a Tuesday and the assistant manager could see the double charge but couldn’t remove. Said the manager would be there in two hours. Asked for an email, call or text when they refund me. Three days later still no response. I called the hotel two days later bc no response and couldn’t get anyone to answer. Called 17 times that day. "

"This was a fine and inexpensive property to use while visiting downtown Lynchburg. The hotel is quite dated, and some of it appears to be closed or undergoing construction. Nevertheless, the price point and the location are selling points, and I would certainly stay there again for quick visits to Lynchburg."
