My problem was not with the hotel facilities, but with the staff and their response to my complaint about a broken refrigerator in my room. I told the front desk clerk the morning of the 6th and she said she would have someone look into it. I also told another employee when we were together on the elevator. She said she would have someone look into it. No one did! I ended up buying a cooler to store my son's...

"Clean room and great customer service. There was a pest issue in my first room (flying insects bathroom, likely related to leaking tub faucet) and staff easily accommodated me with new room. However the evidence in various areas around property signals chronic water damage. Furniture visibly worn and in need of upgrade."
