"this property was amazing …water access, gym , easy access to cinque Terra…. great reastaurants and no crowds in rapallo …. and play tennis no english needed ! the breakfast was the big disappointment! we stayed at all 5 stars in Rome, Florence, Asissi and rapallo… all had amazing breakfast except this hotel ….its older , but no excuse to be the best … you must look what other hotels serve …. canned fruit is not acceptable "

" ⸻ ⸻ We stayed at an old hotel with outdated facilities. The safe in our room wasn’t working, and although we asked the elderly man who appeared to be the only staff member on duty to fix it, he never did. To make things worse, when we returned from a party at around 2 AM, the signboard light had been switched off, so we couldn’t find the hotel easily in the dark. There was also no one at the front desk to assist us."
