"What a lovely place to stay! Up in the older part, near to the best restaurants in my opinion. The owner is the loveliest lady, always had a smile and a wave. Loved the fresh fruit and veg left for our arrival too. The lovely cleaning ladies came in daily always said hello to us. It’s just got a nice vibe. Very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of sunbeds but only half have sun, don’t worry though because the other half start to get sun about midday so don’t panic (I did) it’s about a ten min (if that)...

The service is top notch - for breakfast and the rest of the day. We got lunch on the beach one day and that was delicious too! And the gelato (although the scoops were a little small). "Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Bilder entsprechen begrenzt der Realität. Leider hatten wir ein Problem mit der Zimmerzuordnung, sodass wir 1x umziehen mussten, dafür wurde uns eine Übernachtung erlassen, der Service hat überzeugt. "I stayed in one of the suites on the beach which went above and beyond my expectations. However, my last day was ruined as despite there being noone booked into my room on the day I left they would not let me keep my room on unless I paid a ridiculous sum of money, instead offering me a different room for the day, which defeated the object. Why clean two rooms when you could just clean one? I chose not to change rooms as it was pointless and they said they had a room which guests could use to...

"Beau studio bien situé, avec belle piscine creusée, à distance de marche de la plage , bus en face pour se rendre à Chania, excursions possibles à partir de l’hôtel. Personnel très sympathique. Seul tout petit bémol : cuisinette petite, manque un égouttoir à vaisselle et avons dû demander linges à vaisselle. Nous y reviendrons si nous revenons en Crète !"
