I knew going into it I’d have to wait for check in. The hotel did a great job at reaching out to me prior to landing and communicating with me. They did everything they could to accommodate this early arrival which we appreciated very much. I got in my room around 9:30AM. The man at the front desk was very helpful with getting us taxis anywhere we needed. LOCATION: It is in a very beautiful part of the island that we spent most of the time around the hotel and we were happy with that. It is in a very convenient location with plenty of stores and restaurants just across the street. ROOM: Clean and Spacious! Comfortable pillows. A/C was great. No complaints. Highly recommend!!"

"I have so many wonderful things to say about this property. Georgina what a beautiful soul she is she is so welcoming went out of her way to help us any way she could. I will stay there for many years to come . The location is the best , you cannot find a better location with an amazing swimming pool and the ocean just a few steps away from there. I’ve been coming to Crete the last 12 years a month at a time , if you’re looking to stay in a hotel that has all the amenities in the rooms do not hesitate to book this one as it goes quick. Beach beds are free for hotel guests, which is very nice."

"It is a large hotel by the sea clean and well maintaned. It consists of two main buildings separated by a busy street but safely connected by a bridge. Our room was spacious on the sixth floor of the building further away from the beach with nice views over the sea. Beach is quite long, sandy, with shallow waters making it great for families with young kids, and is very enjoyable with the exception of when northern winds blow which can cause huge waves. It has 2 large pools with sufficient number of sunbeds. Food of good quality and variety. Overall an quite enjoyable stay."
