We also appreciated the proximity to everything we wanted to see, an easy walk from many shops and restaurants, Christmas markets, Notre Dame, and Chateau Frontenac. Made our first trip to Quebec very enjoyable!"

"The staff were very helpful a special shout out to Nancy who made sure we got checked in after hours. Due to aircraft issues leaving Toronto we didn't get to the hotel until 12:30 AM. Nancy made sure there was no issue checking in after hours by texting us the security code and an after hours number to call if we had any problems."
