A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who brought so much energy and fun to each day, and the bar staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile. "Fantastic stay in Sand Club apartment, thank you. Everything was great, very clean, well provisioned and convenient, and close to decent amenities. Good shower and plenty of towels and dish cloths. Good bed and bedding. Slight drain smell in bathroom but cleared when we opened the window. Pool was clean and a good size but was, unfortunately, freezing, but then it is December! We particularly liked the privacy of the balcony and the sun for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and attentive...

"I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic."

"The pool was ok . It was cold the day we were there. Vine yards ? not sure where they were. We had one 45 watt bulb in each room. No security,. you had to relock the door using a key. $35 US dollar taxi ride. Very nice restaurant Jennifer was fabulous. "
