"We stayed one week with our 16 year old son. On check it we were asked to pay an invoice of nearly 3,000 euros even though we had paid months earlier. This also happened to us in July at Barceló Mexico. They phoned us later to confirm the bill had been paid but we did not need that stress! Room was clean but no tissues and mini bar not re stocked even with water, you have to pre book breakfast and dinner every day using the app which is a pain. "Communication from booking was great. Arrival instructions great. The house was lovely, everything you needed was there. First impressions clean, securely gated complex and quiet.This complex is brand new but sadly has the potential to go downhill very quickly. We stay in this area a lot and these were pretty much one of the best however the following small things need addresing before it becomes tatty, and that would be a shame. 1) security gate broken all week, never required pin once.
