"The room was small but had everything I needed. The linens were clean, as was everything else.
I’m quite sporty, so I had no problem climbing up to the fourth floor, but anyone with mobility issues should keep this in mind.
The staff were truly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful! I even got sick during my stay, and they assisted me with such kindness.

"Couldn't have asked for a better hotel close to the Grand Bazaar, shopping and transport. The staff are wonderful and welcoming and the rooftop breakfast is really special, with a great view and fantastic food. I really appreciated their commitment to sustainability with refillable water and recycling. Would definitely come back!"

"This hotel is easy walking distance to the main shops and transportation to Ani, as well as the Kars Castle and the train station. It also had surprisingly fast wifi, and a nice breakfast spread! The staff doesn't speak much (if any) English, and people were smoking in the main lobby (and rooms), but all in all I enjoyed my stay. "

"Katerina sarayı definitely exceeds expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the beautiful city of Kars. An iconic hotel thoughtfully decorated A perfect balance of comfort and hospitality!
All of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. I don’t remember the name of each one of them but they were all professional and nice always ready to help and assist. Miss Melisa, Ebru and Mr Erhan were extremely helpful with everything! Oh not to forget the breakfast was so delicious!
What truly sets Katerina Sarayi apart for me is Niko (the cat) and the outstanding service! I may have repeatedly emphasized on the service and hospitality but having stayed in many different hotels around the world I’ve never came across such a beautiful team! Looking forward to go back!
