"Reverse cycle a/c / heater was ineffective; tv did not work - repeatedly switched off after about 2 minutes; internet did not work and reception seemed disinterested in resolving; lack of personal products - shower cap, toilet rolls etc."

"Everything was great and at the highest level you would desire it for the price of the accommodation. Excellent location in Hepburn Springs as well. We would definitely say again."

"Clean room, newly well fitted bathroom. Room is also newly refurbished. Comfortable bed and bedding. Good to be provided with kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. "Amazing stay. The room was beautiful and possibly the cleanest I’ve ever encountered. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar staff were incredible at making cocktails and the restaurant served the best lamb I’ve ever had. Would 100% stay here again!"

"kind staffs"

"The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean and had all you need for a bed and shower. The shared court yard needs some love and you could hear other guests out there talking until late but would stay again. Good location"
