"Property is fine. Great location and as described. The problem is the host John and trying to arrange checkin. I get it was a busy day, but you need to have a system, process and communication with guests to get people into their accommodation at a reasonable time, given that is what they are actually paying for. Rang to see if we could checkin at 2pm ( meant to be 3pm) and was told not sure because its busy and rooms arent ready. You have to wait for contact from them to get access to the...

"I want to live in this apartment! Situated in a fully renovated art deco-era apartment block, only a few houses back from Lake Wendouree, this place was perfect for our overnight stay. Clean, comfy, reasonably priced, great communication with the host. The artworks were impressive too. We'll definitely be back."

"The accommodation it self was perfect for our family of 4, all necessary items where available. Breakfast items were exactly as described and plenty of room. The negative for us was the noise from the rail yard across the road,2 bad nights sleep. We live in a quiet rural area and not used to noise in the night."

"The apartment itself was a very good size and in a decent location with easy access to Westfield etc . The apartment was very dirty . The glass on sliding doors along with the backsplash and the tv were all very dirty . Everything felt a little greasy .. Worst was the bed linen , I have my doubts it was clean on . There was makeup on the doona . Not to mention the floors that were very dirty . Very limited cleaning supplies . We were sent an email telling us to make sure we vacated at 10 AM as...

"Apartment is in a great location however was not clean, lights were blown, TV had no remote, tea and coffee facilities were less than satisfactory and crockery and glassware was chipped or broken. Needs a good clean and an update. For what I paid considering it was off peak is disappointing. "
