"I’m all about the cleanliness of accomodation, and This place did not disappoint. The room was so clean and smelt so fresh, the beds were comfy with nice clean linen.The little snack box was a thoughtful touch and Check in was quick. Thank you so much for a nice relaxing stay, we’ll definitely be back again 😊 10 out of 10!"

"The room was very clean; I worked for The Pamelia Hilton in Perth and it was on par as it in the cleanliness department. Only saw the staff when I checked in and they were very friendly and helpful. Didn't go into the bar. And didn't go into to any shops. I would be very happy to stay there again if I have to Come to York for another event.
