Bonus: We were able to see the Northern Lights even though it was a cloudy night. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grimsborgir by Keahotels. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the outdoor hot tubs made the experience even more relaxing. Hot tub water was a bit too hot so be careful with that. Bathrobes and slippers were nice addition. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options, and the peaceful countryside setting was perfect for enjoying Icelandic nature. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "Super comfy beds. Extremely clean. Easy to park and check in. Lots of nice hot water for the soaker tub. Breakfast was spot on and filling. They had coffee or you could make espresso or lattes. Perfect place. We would gladly stay again!"

"This place is magical! The lodge has everything you could need. The hot tub and sauna are amazing! The heated floors throughout felt amazing! Loved all the little touches. It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable! The shower was super hot. The space is well done. The best part is the views! Sleeping under the stars and seeing some northern nights was a dream!!! Waking up to a gorgeous sunrise was another wonderful bonus. Just looking at the views of the snow covered mountains...

"Very basic hostel style setup. No extra amenities. Shared bathrooms which are generally clean. Hard to find someone to help if you have issues. Lonely location with nothing nearby. Breakfast is included and it's basic stuff but welcome nevertheless."
