Novotel Surfers Paradise
The room view was first class! Found the shower a complete pain in the butt as the track cannot stop the water flowing onto the bathroom floor. Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise
Slow check-in with huge queue. Paid carpark in two blocks away without covered. Coffee machine is not working.

Big Thankyou to Cathy and the breakfast buffet staff all do a wonderful job in the breakfast shift. Wonderful service at the Hilton Surfers Paradise from reception, concierge and to the cleaners. I travel with a special needs group and its their favourite place to stay. Thankyou so much.
