"Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! "Big and clean rooms but the breakfast buffet and restaurant left a lot to be desired. The western part of the breakfast buffet was almost always empty and didn't have a lot of choices. We also tried the shabu shabu in the evening and I felt sick the following night (the only time in my 3 weeks trip)."
