Classic German hotel experience. Shared bath, walk up, older but very clean rooms. Great restaurant and contintental plus buffet breakfast.

Everything about the property was nice but the older staff member was nice but wasn’t very friendly about me not wanting to take the rest of my food with me because it would go bad before I could finish it. The young staff member girl with black hair was very helpful and understanding about my difficulties figuring out how the keys and parking worked.

Good breakfast as well as impressing German traditional rural town, comparing with hotel price. Except a little slow in WiFi, all others are perfect to me and my wife.

The shared bathroom was a bit below standards. Based on the tiles color I would expect the last renovation was in the 70s. Time to redo it

This is a Gem!!
This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in on this trip! Room was clean, suited to my needs, OK, no aircon, but, a very robust fan was supplied. A booking problem was sorted out by the hotel manager and I was given a discount without even asking. Staff were excellent for service and friendliness. But, the manger was tops, actually advised me how to get into the city via tram, even took me to the tramstop and showed me how to use the ticket machine...it was all in German...mmmm.....without her help, that excursion would have been a non event. Getting back to the hotel, a waiting cup of coffee and an expectant ear to all I discovered....now, that is what I call a super host. The hotel is the oldest standing building in Mannheim, but it is a super stay I know every one will enjoy....would I stay there again?......you betcha!!

The hotel is very quaint and has German furnishings. It is really a cute place to stay to take in the German atmosphere and culture. The church bells, mass and church property was a delight to have since we don't hear the bells and see the grotto. It was beautiful setting and the owner was great. The food that they served is also authentic and reasonable.

The female member of staff was very helpful indeed
I attended for the first time in this area and was pleasantly surprised by the advice and support given. The room was small but suitable for my purpose. I would stay there again.

Das Frühstück war mager; obwohl die Frühstückszeit bis 10:00 Uhr angegeben war, gab es um kurz nach 09:00 Uhr bereits - auch auf Nachfrage - keine Frühstückseier mehr. Selbst die Bedienungen im Frühstückservice sind kaum der deutschen Sprache mächtig. Diese Unterkunft wird, wenn überhaupt, nur im absoluten Notfall und dann acuh nur für eine Nacht gewählt werden.

In Zeiten Coronas leider halt schwierig. Kein Frühstück, ich war alleine im Gebäude, wurde aber extra für mich am Abend vorher geheizt

Unfreundlich und Katze laufen im Speisesaal herum
Absolut unfähiges Personal warteten 30 min auf Getränke und mussten selbst holen kamen 5 nach 20 Uhr im Hotel an und die Aussage war Küche nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet müsste halt wo anders essen wie kann es sein das das hotel offen hat mit 1 Damen und Herren WC für 9 Doppelzimmer und eine Dusche für alle Gäste pro Etage Unbegreiflich

Die Krone ist mitten im Ort. Hat eine sehr gute Speisekarte! Schöne Terrasse. Sehr guter Kaffee! Gutes Frühstück. WC sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Chefin ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist ruhig, sauber und preiswert. Rund um ein schöner Kurzurlaub in einer der schönsten Regionen Bayerns. Super zum Wandern!

Ein Hotel voller Geschichte.
Es ist ein zentral gelegenes Hotel in Gößweinstein. Es ist ein kleines Hotel im alten Stil, das an die Jahre der Kindheit erinnert. Wer sich für Geschichte und Antiquitäten begeistert, findet sie hier in einem gut und schön eingerichteten Zustand. Wir wurden vom Hotel gemurmelt, das einzige, was ich nicht mochte, aber das ist, weil ich die Reservierung sehr schnell in kurzer Zeit gemacht habe, ist, dass das Badezimmer gemeinsam war. Vom Hotel aus können Sie bequem viele Wanderwege wählen. Ich freue mich, Gößweinstein zu besuchen.
