The overall condition of the hotel is just okay. Everything seems pretty old and outdated. The carpet in our room had seen better days and the room could haven been cleaned better. The breakfast selection was good.

Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel
Breakfast is nice. Rooms clean. Staff courteous and helpful. Although did not matter to us since we were on the ground floor (floor2 at this hotel) but only one elevator was working. Noticed same problem when we stayed about 4 months ago.... Hope they are getting it fixed for upcoming tourist ...

The Hotel Salem
The location is amazing. The Counter had good food. Very helpful and nice staff. Very clean. The bed was not comfortable at all for either of us and the heat did not work in our room so it got pretty cold. No mini fridge or microwave in the room. Overall a great stay!
